The course will be two days in length covering the following topics:

• Overview of clinical trial regulations
• Ethics
• Informed consent
• Trial Planning and management
• Source data and CRFs
• Safety Reporting/Adverse events

GCP Problem Solving
The course will be one day in length covering the following topics:

• Improving quality and process through a problem prevention approach
• Problem solving techniques to identify, assess seriousnessof and resolve problems
• An overview of the key clinical trial guidelines relevant to Australia/New Zealand, and how to address the common problems with each
• Problem solving/prevention workshop

Clinical Trial Project Management Course

The course will be one day in length covering the following topics:

• Work breakdown
• Scheduling/deadlines
• Personnel resource management
• Managing risk
• Tracking and controlling progress

Time Management Course

The course will be one day in length covering the following topics:

• Analysing your use of time
• How to set and meet goals
• Developing good time management skills
• Time management tools
• Dealing with common time management problems
